Buffet breakfast service in the dining room, terrace or in your room from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the rate of €10 per person, €5 for children aged 3 to 10 and €5 for the express (coffee, pastries or assortment of bread, Orange juice)

Money and precious objects

The hotel does not have a safe. Be careful not to leave your money and other valuables on display. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of valuables left in the room.

 

Car park/parking lot

Parking in front of the hotel and in the surrounding area is free (beyond the Total station). Closed bicycle garage for bicycles (by reservation).

You will find a closed underground car park, guarded but paying at the station (5 minutes on foot) "Vinci" 0247648096.

 

Reception opening hours

7am-10.30pm

Sunday and Public Holidays 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

It is possible to arrive outside these hours! Please contact reception by telephone before 12 noon to obtain the codes.

 

For your comfort and safety, we remind you that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms, otherwise the equivalent of one or more nights may be charged to you. A terrace is available to smokers 24 hours a day.

In the event of damage caused during your stay, the amount of repairs, replacements or cleaning will be borne by the client.

 

Pets are not allowed in our establishment.

 

The hotel is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

 

Transport with low environmental impact

Our hotel is accessible from Tours center station by public transport with the following lines:

Departure Station Gare de Tours - Line 73 or 3A Stop Station Mirabeau

You can get to the Old Tours “Plumereau” district by taking Bus Line 73 from Boulevard Mirabeau station stop then Tram A.

Do not hesitate to go to the city center, town hall square on foot, you will only have 7 minutes, you will find a multitude of restaurants. Ask for the list of our recommendations at the reception .

Holiday vouchers are only accepted for direct reservations on our website or by telephone.

 

Terms of cancelation

Cancellations free of charge are authorized up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (before 4 p.m.). In the event of late cancellation, no show or shortened stay, the amount of the stay will be charged to the bank card given as guarantee.

 

Departure/Check-out

Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. Late departure ? Ask at the reception…Your luggage can be left free of charge at the reception all day long.
